Concerns or Complaints
If you believe Hargrave Chiropractic has not provided appropriate assistance or has discriminated in any way based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you may submit a grievance directly to our office using the contact information available on this website.
Complaints may be submitted in person or in writing by mail, email, or fax. If you need help submitting a grievance, our doctor and staff are available to assist you.
